We’re a small crew by design. Four technicians, one service coordinator, and a whole lot of garage doors across Austin, from Steiner Ranch down to Buda. What unites us is simple: we’d rather explain a problem twice than have you wonder once. Our People

Marcus R. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been turning wrenches on garage doors for 18 years, the last 9 of them in Austin. He’s the guy we send when a torsion spring lets go at 7 a.m. and a homeowner is standing in the driveway wondering if the whole door is shot. Marcus holds factory certifications from LiftMaster and Chamberlain, and he’s the first to admit that Clopay’s newer insulated lines still surprise him sometimes. Off the clock, he rebuilds old Honda motorcycles in his garage. He says the torque specs keep him honest.

Dana K. – Senior Installer

Dana has installed more than 2,000 garage doors in the greater Austin area, and she still measures every opening twice before ordering anything. She specializes in full-system replacements: new door, new track, new opener, new everything. Dana is factory-trained on Amarr and Wayne Dalton product lines, and she’s the reason our installs come with a written price before the first bolt comes off the truck. When she’s not on a ladder, she’s usually out on Lake Travis with her two kids and a cooler that’s mostly Gatorade.

Elena S. – Service Coordinator

Elena is the voice on the phone at 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the morning. She’s been with Doyle Garage Doors Austin for 6 years and knows our schedule, our parts inventory, and exactly which technician makes sense for which neighborhood. Jesse T. – Apprentice Technician

Jesse joined us two years ago after working as a maintenance tech for a property management company out near Mueller. He’s in the middle of his manufacturer training for Genie and Raynor openers, and he rides along with Marcus on spring and cable jobs while he builds his hours. Jesse’s the one who double-checks the truck inventory every morning and makes sure the photo-badge printer is actually working. He’s originally from Lubbock, so he’s still getting used to Hill Country humidity. We remind him it builds character.
